Chocolate Tasting Kit

Everything you need to assist you with your Ecole Chocolat tasting assignment!.

Kit includes:
- ElRey Bucare 58.5% Dark Chocolate. This Venezuelan chocolate is balanced with a robust cacao aroma and a gentle flavor.
- Valrhona Manjari (64% Cocoa). This chocolate comes from the best beans from Madagascar. A slightly bitter bouquet with hints of soft fruit escapes from the richness of the precious and fragile Criollos and Trinitarios.
- EGuittard Chucuri Bittersweet Chocolate (65%). Long, deep, slow chocolate flavors are accented by pleasant hints of spice. The Trinatario cacao beans used to make this chocolate were grown in the San Vicente de Chucuri Valley of Santander in Colombia.
- Theo Single-Origin Ivory Coast Dark Chocolate Bar (74%). This single-origin chocolate is made from the first Fair Trade Certified™ cocoa beans brought into the United States from the Ivory Coast. The richness and intensity of flavor in this bar reflect the complexity of the growing region.
- Plantations 75% Arriba. Grown only in Ecuador, “Arriba” is considered a fine flavored cocoa with a perfumed floral scent. Its flavor is smooth, subtle, with a dominant floral note and nutty after notes.
- Lindt Excellence Dark 85%. An intense full bodied dark. Definitely on the "bitter" end of "bittersweet", this bars is full of roasted cocoa flavor.

Note: We currently use PayPal to process your payment. Due to its limitations we charge a flat shipping and handling fee of $10.00 US. All packages will be delivered by UPS ground.

Based on where you want the package shipped and the weather conditions we may contact you with a revised ship rate. If there is any chance that the temperature will impact your chocolate, we will ship it in protective packaging via overnight delivery.
