Everything you need to get started with the Ecole Chocolat program!.
Kit includes:
- 3 Kilo (~6.6 lbs) Callebaut dark chocolate couverture
- 1 Kilo (~2.2 lbs) Guittard milk chocolate couverture
- 1 Kilo (~2.2 lbs) Callebaut white chocolate couverture
- 3 Dipping forks; prong, spiral, and circle
- 3 Polycarbonate plastic molds: assorted shapes
- 3 Transfer sheets: assorted designs
- 1 Pallet knife for hand tempering
- 2 Acetate sheets

Note: We currently use PayPal to process your payment. Due to its limitations we charge a flat shipping and handling fee of $35.00 US. All packages will be delivered by UPS ground.
Based on where you want the package shipped and the weather conditions we may contact you with a revised ship rate. If there is any chance that the temperature will impact your chocolate, we will ship it separately in protective packaging via overnight delivery. We will do everything we can to keep your shipping charges to a minimum. Please contact us with questions.
